Prairie View Academy is currently taking applications to purchase stock. Once the application and $1,200 is submitted, the application will go before the board of directors for approval.
Stock is sold for $1,200. The purchase of stock at PVA gives you the following benefits:
The annual registration cost of $200 for one child or $300 for 2 or more children is waived each year for as long as the purchaser of the stock has children attending PVA.
Stockholders are invited to attend the annual stockholders’ meeting.
Stockholders are eligible to be elected to the Board of Directors.
Stock is non-transferable. It can only be used for children of the original buyer.
Stockholders have reserved placement in the classes.
